It features a removable, rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery that gives you 450 full-power flashes on a 2-hour charge. The FJ200 has a 9-stop power range in 0.1 stop increments, recycles in a fast 0.5 to 1.3 seconds, and supports High Speed Sync up to 1/8000 second as well as front and rear curtain sync.
