I wanted the shallow ring for a telescope that wasn’t really made for astrophotography (inadequate backfocus). However, I had to sacrifice another t-mount to get the correct spacer, only to discover that there’s another reason the telescope wasn’t really made for astrophotography, which isn’t the fault of the product at all.
