Flic Film’s Allergen-Free Fixer is designed specifically for darkroom enthusiasts who may have developed sensitivities to the chemicals found in traditional fixers. This product is odorless, non-hardening, and does not contain ammonia or sulfur dioxide, ensuring its effectiveness and ease of use with both black and white film and paper. The fixer is composed of sodium thiosulfate, commonly referred to as hypo. Flic Film advises the use of their Hypo-Clearing Agent during the final wash to conserve water and time, as well as their Low Odor Stop Bath to minimize the risk of a sulfur dioxide reaction during the development process.
