With a compact design the Peak Design Mobile Smartphone Tripod/Kickstand can fold out at a moment’s notice, giving your phone a stable tabletop platform. The SlimLink magnetic connection works with compatible Peak Design cases and adapters, as well as MagSafe-compatible phones and cases. When folded it’s only about 0.25″ thick, but it can be unfolded into a mini tripod configuration or with its legs kept together to act as a kickstand. It’s ideal for stable photos and videos, remote chatting with friends or co-workers, watching videos, and more.

Micro Ballhead

Even with it as compact as it is, the tripod provides you with a micro ballhead for adjusting your phone’s angle. An integrated magnetic tool can be conveniently removed to tighten and loosen the tension.

Super happy with this product. Its streamlined, flat-folding design makes it easy to take with you. It is heavy enough to be stable without being unnecessarily weighty. Works well as a tripod for photos and video but also serves as a stand for the phone when at your desk. Glad I bought the product.

I bought this tripod when I bought a new phone because I have a 1 year old and I’m constantly propping my phone up to try to take a video of her. I figured there would be plenty of times I would use a tripod once I had it and now I use it when I’m watching videos or even playing games on my phone. I love that the magnet paired with the Peak mobile case is strong enough to hold an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the tripod itself can be tightened with the tool that is stored in the folding design. If I prop it up and it’s not staying upright, you just pop the little tool out and tighten it up and you are good to go. I love this accessory and will be looking into more accessories for my phone as time goes on.

I don’t usually complain about price, but I do feel like this could be 15% or 20% cheaper. That said, it’s a nice and sturdy tripod for use with a MagSafe phone. It does slide a bit on the back if you don’t use a case, but not enough to be an issue. The only downside is that mine had a slight difference in tension between the two side legs, which is a bit annoying but not a dealbreaker (and unfortunately not something you can adjust).

I ordered this on-line after waiting more than 3 months to get it in from a retailer. I have to say that this is one of the best and most useful technologies for my cell. It is both beautiful and elegant a works like a charm. Love it.

Only bulky thing I’ll attach to my phone…

Love this even more than I thought I would. Comes in handy a ton. My only criticism is that on an iPhone 13 mini, it protrudes off the bottom of the phone a bit which makes for a slightly awkward things to carry around and handle.

The tripod is a great addition to my desk while working. Keeps the phone propped up and visible. It is also great for its designed purpose of a tripod for photos. 😉
