Profoto Air Remote Transceiver | Black

The Profoto Air Remote Transceiver is a specialized radio slave transceiver engineered to function with the Pro-8a 1200 and 2400W/s power packs, as well as the D1 Air series of monoheads. This device is capable of controlling an unlimited number of power packs and heads across eight channels. It can be attached to the hot shoe of your camera or connected to the flash terminal for activation.

Powered by two AAA batteries and operating at a frequency of 2.4GHz, the Air Sync boasts a range of 1000 feet (300 meters). It is capable of synchronizing at speeds of up to 1/250 second with focal plane shutter cameras and 1/500 second with leaf shutter cameras. The triggering speed exceeds 100 frames per second.

Additionally, the Air Remote can be utilized in pairs or alongside the Profoto Air Sync (one unit on the camera and another on the flash) to trigger flash units that do not have built-in Air technology.
