The 3″ PX3 Universal QR Plate from Pro Media Gear is an aluminum quick-release plate that is specifically designed for the cameras that do not have custom mounting plates, and it will mount to an Arca-type compatible clamp or head. By using only a slightly protruding hard rubber cord, the plate rests directly on the camera, eliminating any play or camera-rotation.
The plate features removable strap loops that can be relocated to either side if desired. The loop is mounted via a stainless steel screw that also acts as a safety stop which can also be located on either side. It has a matte anodized finish that is non-reflective and wear-resistant. Three threaded holes on the bottom of the plate allow you to mount your camera onto a support with a 1/4″-20 screw without removing the plate.
